
Daniel R. Deakter, M.D. FACEP
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh School of medicine, Dr. Deakter trained in General Surgery at the Albert Einstein college of Medicine and Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. An ABEM certified doctor, he pursued a career in the new and upcoming field of Emergency Medicine. However, his passion for applying significant new technologies to medicine was ignited recently with the explosion in age delaying research done at Harvard, MIT, Albert Einstein and other universities. Dr. Deakter is devoting his practice of medicine to help people benefit from the latest findings to extend a healthy active lifestyle and Dr. Deakter has studied extensively systems of genomic SNP's under Joe Veltmann, PhD originator of the polygenic model. The program that Dr. Deakter offers is a holistic evaluation of the person and includes evaluating systems of genes as well as functional and traditional medicine testing to optimize a person's functioning. After optimization, various longevity interventions are offered.
